Overview
A growing fashion retail brand is progressing through a NetSuite implementation, with go live scheduled for next year. They are looking for a dedicated client-side specialist to support the business through the remaining phases of delivery, ensuring the internal teams are trained, prepared, and aligned with the implementation partner.
Role Responsibilities
• Provide client-side support throughout the NetSuite implementation
• Deliver hands-on training and upskilling sessions for internal teams
• Work closely with the implementation partner, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
• Act as a steady, experienced presence to guide the business through key stages
• Assist with issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and overall readiness for go live
Required Experience
• Proven experience supporting NetSuite implementations
• Strong background in fashion retail or seasonal trading environments
• Comfortable managing and challenging implementation partners
• Has acted as a safe pair of hands in similar client-side roles
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
Engagement Details
• 3 days per week
• 2 days on site in West London
• Approximately 6-month engagement
