Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IFS Test Lead to guide and train process owners to perform their own testing while driving excellence across all testing phases. Your primary focus will involve developing testing strategies, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules, coordinating with stakeholders for seamless testing processes, overseeing test execution, and managing defects. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining team motivation and engagement throughout the testing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead testing activities during the IFS ERP implementation
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and schedules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project goals.
• Manage test execution and oversee defect resolution
• Foster a positive and engaged team environment
• Provide training to process owners for effective testing execution.
This role is focused on a greenfield IFS Cloud implementation with global scope.
Key Skills Required
- Substantial experience in IFS ERP system testing
- Proven tract record as a Test Lead within ERP Implementations
- Expertise in IFS Apps 10 Aurena (IFS Cloud experience is a strong advantage).
- Proven End-to-End Testing capabilities.
- Ability to deliver in a hands-on capacity while managing complex testing requirements.
